Another great day here with the visit of the Zuiderdam, a massive ship at 286m. After a few tours with less than satisfactory weather recently, yesterday and today has been clear and calm on the Islands. Thanks to Cynthia, Cecelia and their groups. It was a pleasure to meet you and guide you around Shetland.
Here is a couple of photos from Unst, the most Northerly inhabited island of the British Isles. The first photo is looking north from Hermaness and the second is from the top of Saxa Vord looking south towards Hermaness.
I have my Sunday off as another busy tourist season week comes to an end. The weather was decent for all the tours this week, apart from yesterday, where we had wind and rain until it cleared in the afternoon so we could enjoy the Jarlshof part of the tour. Thanks to all customers this week from Italy, Canada, USA, England, Ireland, Holland and Australia. It was great to meet you and show you around Shetland, hopefully see you back here in the future. Grant
Here is a look at Jarlshof, our 4500 year old site here on Shetland. It's one of our main stops on the South Mainland Tour. Remember, if you are coming to Shetland on holiday then get in touch! Contact details below. Email: email@example.com Number: +447775771631
